This unique wilderness battle map features a massive, shallow body of brackish water glowing with unnatural pink and whitish hues. The shores are heavily encrusted with brittle salt formations, creating a hazardous terrain that can crack under the weight of unwary investigators. Thousands of pink flamingos normally flock to these waters, providing both a dynamic, noisy environmental hazard and potential cover for creeping cultists or mythos creatures lurking in the caustic pools. Tactically, the map is wide open with few physical barriers, forcing players to rely on distance and the blinding reflection of the sun on the salt flats for survival. Movement across the salt crust is noisy and potentially dangerous, while the caustic water itself might cause minor damage or slow movement. VTT integration can include dynamic lighting reflecting off the white salt, ambient audio of shifting bird flocks, and difficult terrain zones mapped directly onto the thicker salt crusts.
